Overnight in delux shared cabin
The train was excellent, cabin spotless . Comfortable bed with fresh linen. Lots of snacks, friendly staff. Comfortable ride managed to get some sleep
Very hospitality and lovely staff
It’s very hospitable staff helped us and good support. When we got a meeting point in the station earlier, there’s no information and no sign on upstairs, so we went back to grand floor and vip lounge for waiting. The staff pick us up on time and bring reception. Before departure they guide us kindly and lovely talk till say goodbye. The bed was very comfortable and toilet was clean as well.

Night Train to Sapa and Back
Everything from check in to boarding went smoothly, we left on time and arrived on time. I am 6’ 3” so the bed was a little tight but over all a good experience.
Bouncy ride but fun
Everything in our berth was thoughtful and clean. I wasn’t able to sleep due to the bounciness but enjoyed the experience.
Great experience
Everything was just as we expected and the staff both in Hanoi Train station and on the actual train were welcoming, kind and efficient. The train and cabin was just as we hoped. Would absolutely recommend it.

Train is excellent, lounge is a good resource but lounge could use some expansion as it is currently smaller than airport lounges
