One of the most beautiful train journey in the world very very clean and the best service ever ibam from Indian and still they made us so comfortable right from check in till drop to our location it is even better than plane recommended 100 % pls pls choose chapa
Nice experience on our way to Sapa.
The train was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff took good care of us. Overall a nice way to travel during the night and save the day for exploration.
Good hospitality
The staff are very nice but the train a bit old, lao cai lounge is very clean but the interior is not nice , should consider to refurbish. I paid extra USD50 for two person vip cabin compared to vicsapa

Chapa Express from hanoi to lao cai (sapa)
Cabin is clean & cosy. Each cabin is allocated with some drinks & snacks. Beds are comfortable & four of us slept well.
Unique and lovely experience
Highly recommended to go with Chapa Express to SaPa. We were happily eating all the lovely complimentary drinks, fruit and snacks after the train started while watching the busy streets from our train window. The beds were comfortable, but could not sleep well due to frequent stoppings along the way to SaPa. Also arranged a bus take us from Lao Cai station to our hotel direct. All bookings via online were easy and reliable. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

Comfortable ride
AMAZING
Honestly, this train trip from Hanoi to Lao Cai was as good as it gets. This was our second time on a sleeper train, the 1st was with Lotus trains and Chapa is even better! The beds were softer so it didn’t hurt to sleep at all, everything was pretty much perfect. Definitely recommend it!
